Camp Oven cooking was the call of the day this Easter. On the Sunday night we had a total camp fire cook off and we ate like kings! With everything from damper, roast lamb, smoked baked spuds, lamb chops, curries, grilled sweet potato, smoked tomato chutneys, rice and cooked on the coals rib fillet (with smoked oyster sauce I might add!).
