Coleman XPS Rechargeable LED Light

What Coleman have come up with is a light that has a rechargeable  mother ship with 2 breakaway L.E.D lighting pods.  

• Firstly there is a mother ship & it has a battery pack that slips in to the bottom of it. Two of these battery packs are supplied with each light. One of them is a rechargeable battery pack (This comes complete with both a 240volt & a 12 volt recharging cord) & the other is a case that you can put your own 4x D-Size batteries in. You simply connect these into the mother ship to run your light.
• Secondly there are 2 L.E.D light modules that break away from the Mother Ship. Both of these L.E.D light modules have a built in rechargeable battery, so when they a unattached from the mother ship they can run. The minute they are reattached to the mother ship the cordless battery packs take over as the main source of power.
• Run Time: Rechargeable Battery Pack: Up to 56Hours & will shine up to 10 mtrs
• Individual L.E.D Pods: Up to 2.5 hours & will shine up to 8 mtrs. (Once the run flat simply fit it back on to the mother ship & it will recharge ready to break away & use again)

Each break away L.E.D pod also has a fold down stability stand in the back of it. This allows you to stand the light up on a table. The L.E.D pod also has a carry handle to walk around with.

Why I like this light:
I used this light & tested it on my last camping trip & it was an absolute cracker!!! My little girl Maisie walked around with the light pod & when it ran flat, I reattached it & gave her the other charged one....off she went again. I found the breakaway pods useful with really simple applications like being able to see in the camp oven when I was stirring the stew & walking the girls to the toilet & night.
